We are seeking to recruit several First Response Advisors
With this continued growth in mind and our increased workload we are seeking several First Response Advisors to support the process.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for taking the initial instruction from the insured party taking full details of the claim.
To be successful in this role, candidates will have strong Customer Service skills. Experience of Personal Injury or Insurance is desired but not essential. Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise effectively and work efficiently to ensure targets and deadlines are met. Experience of working with a case management system would be desirable, however is not essential.
Main Duties:
- Collate information from clients utilising their insurance policy to report a claim.
- Make outbound calls in order to capture data from clients wishing to make claims for personal injury compensation for losses
- Meet departmental service level agreements for telephone efficiency and productivity as agreed by FRU Manager
- Collate data accurately and effectively by maintaining professional call handling techniques including all aspects of communication skills in a timely manner
- Successfully convert accident claims into personal injury referrals by insuring clients are aware of the services available to them and explaining the Firm’s process for claims handling
- Liaise with external companies and internal departments in a timely and professional manner in order to effectively process the clients claim notification
- Adhere to all the Firms policies and procedures
- To maintain at all times good professional and ethical standards in dealing with client’s and other persons and interests.
