Tom joined the firm in 2003 as a case management developer and subsequently held the position of Development Manager. Tom has many years of experience working within the legal IT sector.

Tom has contributed to the success and expansion of the firm in relation to the design and implementation of the systems, applications and processes that are used internally and those that are provided to our corporate clients.

Tom joined the Management Board in 2011 and as Operations Director is responsible for the strategic development of business systems and processes within the firm.
