Tristan joined the firm in 2001 as a Litigation Executive to specialise in pursuing credit hire. He now deals with credit hire/repair cases alongside a personal injury caseload and is a keen litigator.

Tristan became a Performance Manager in 2007 and oversees a team of 10 fee earners.
