Peter Joined the firm in 2002 as a Team Leader specialising in large loss, fatal accident and MIB claims in particular. He was appointed as Account Director in 2008 and has since managed contracts with external source clients and service level agreements with all external suppliers.

Peter also deals with complaints for the firm in his capacity as Complaints Director and runs external training courses on the MIB Agreements for external candidates for MASS. As a member of MASS, Peter is keen to continue to represent the interests of innocent road traffic accident victims and ensure access to justice.
