Karen joined Carpenters in 2010 as Deputy First Response Unit Manager with many years experience within the Insurance/Management sector and has previously worked for RBS, Abbey National and Broker Assistance as a Department Manager.

Karen has been instrumental in re-structuring FRU to ensure delivery of excellent customer service whilst maximising all conversion opportunities. Karen was promoted to Department Manager in June 2011 as a result of the positive changes she has implemented in FRU.
