Joanne joined the firm in 2002 as a Solicitor. Joanne initially gained a Bsc (Hons) Degree in Biochemistry (Toxicology) in 1994 and then achieved a Post Graduate Diploma in Law in 1995, qualifying as a Solicitor in 1999.

Joanne’s role as Performance Manager involves supervising a team of 12 MOJ and Non MOJ fee earners, as well as running her own caseload. Joanne encourages continued professional development within the team to help maintain high standards and give a professional and efficient service to clients.
