Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 1996 Catrin has specialised in Personal Injury litigation. She joined the firm in 2002 and has managed her own caseload and teams of case workers since that time. In 2005 Catrin gained a Masters in Business Administration from the Open University.

Catrin’s current role is as a Performance Manager to a team of legal staff with varying degrees of experience. She enjoys the challenge of mentoring staff to bring out their potential, as well as continuing to run her own caseload.
